BRENTWOOD, CA

Designated an historic monument with the City of Los Angeles, the Schneibman House is a complete house restoration and a remodel of a former addition to the front and side of the house. All materials within the house were stripped and brought back to their original wood finish. The owners, Alex MacDowell and Kristin Kozwolsky, did most of the work themselves and were very active in design decisions throughout.
